FL Amendment Goes to Voters

A ballot initiative to add an antigay marriage and civil union amendment to the Florida Constitution has now received enough signatures to go before voters for ratification this November.

I have previously analyzed the implications of the amendment for interjurisdictional recognition if the amendment is approved.
