CONNECTICUT

Rosengarten v. Downes

 

Parties sought dissolution of civil union that was formalized in Vermont. Connecticut court held that it lacked jurisdiction to dissolve the civil union. The Connecticut Supreme Court granted review, but one of the parties died before the decision.
