Art. I

     Section 8. [Commerce Clause] The Congress shall have Power … To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes ….

     [Necessary and Proper Clause] To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

Art. IV

     Section 1. [Full Faith and Credit Clause] Full Faith and Credit shall be given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. Anda the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, Records and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.

    Section 2. [Interstate Privileges and Immunities Clause] The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States.

[National Privileges and Immunities Clause] No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; [State Due Process Clause] nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; [Equal Protection Clause] nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
